Repair and troubleshooting
• 24/7 on-site service with fully equipped service vehicles
• Simultaneous overhauling of the associated sectional, roll-up, or rapid action door
• Overhauling of individual components of all brands by means of:
– new original parts
– rebuilt original parts
• Should original parts not be available any longer, EC type-tested, compatible parts and conversion kits will be used.
• Expert welders with a qualification test certificate according to DIN EN ISO 9606
Modernisation of safety systems
• Sensors as docking support with optical and acoustical signalling
• Positioning aids in front of the outer ramp: Secure ramp front against docking, shunting lorries
• Dock bumpers for lorries: Avoid damages to ramp and building
• Marker bumpers: Avoid docking damages to building and ramp
• Outer dock lights: Allow a safe approach in darkness, during heavy rain and snowfall
Control system renewal
• Upgrade of safety standards according to latest technical standards
• Lorry wheel chocks with sensor: Loading platform will only be released upon contact

• Maintenance and safety inspection of the power-operated doors according to DGUV regulations and manufacturer’s instructions
• Examination of the chain drive, rails, torsion springs, drive shaft, bearer cable and door panels
• Lubricating and oiling of all movable parts – tightening of the screws
• Examination of all safety systems like light barrier, safety rails, limit switch, etc.
• Reporting of the performed maintenance tasks
